Who we are

This store is operated by Mortal Guard ("we", "us", "our"), located at 5731 rue Cartier, apt. 9, Montréal, QC H2G 2V1, Canada. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude shipping and any import duties unless stated otherwise. Shipping and, where applicable, taxes are shown before you pay.

Pre-order prices are promotional and apply only while the first production run is open. Prices shown as "after launch" take effect once pre-orders close.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or resale. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you receive a full refund.

Pre-orders and payment

Pre-ordered items are paid when you pre-order — by Interac e-Transfer in Canada, or by the method agreed by email outside Canada — and ship within the window stated on the product page. A pre-order is confirmed once payment is received. Estimated ship dates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Refund Policy and under applicable consumer protection law.

Product descriptions

We work hard to describe our gear accurately. Because gloves are made from genuine leather, small variations in grain, colour, and finish between pairs are normal and are not defects. Screen colours may differ slightly from the product in hand.

Use of our gear

Boxing and martial arts training carry inherent risk of injury. Our gloves are protective equipment, not a guarantee against injury. You are responsible for training safely, using correctly fitted equipment, wrapping your hands properly, and following the guidance of a qualified coach. Inspect your gear regularly and stop using it if stitching, padding, or closures are compromised.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury arising from the use or misuse of our products. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

The Mortal Guard name, logo, glove artwork, designs, photography, and site content are our property and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order governs that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
