Shipping policy
Pre-order timing
MG Series gloves are made to order. Your gloves ship 6–8 weeks from the date you order. You pay when you pre-order, which reserves your pair in the production run.
We email you when your order is confirmed, when production is complete, and again with tracking the day your gloves ship. If anything slips, you hear it from us first — not from silence.
Where we ship
- Canada — $12 (free on orders over $250) · 2–8 business days after dispatch
- United States — $19.90 · 5–12 business days after dispatch
- International — $39.90 · 7–21 business days after dispatch
Rates are in Canadian dollars and are shown on the pre-order form based on your country.
Duties, taxes, and customs
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are your responsibility. Customs delays are outside our control and are not counted in the delivery estimates above.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive the number by email when your gloves leave us. If tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email [email protected] and we'll chase it.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address when you pre-order. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or unclaimed, we'll re-ship it once you cover the return and re-shipping cost.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, we replace it at our cost. Email us with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents.
